Replaced Spectrum combo modem/router equipment with an Arris Modem and this mesh system router to fix my problem with wifi in my one-story 2600 sq ft house. Had frequent interruptions and dead spots with their equipment; now my wifi is reliable throughout the house with consistently stronger signals than before. It was more expensive than the Linksys mesh system I saw on Amazon, but covers up to 3000 sq ft compared to 2000 sq ft coverage by Linksys system. This is also supports wifi 6 on my laptop.

Purchased this router system to replace another 1GB router that wasn't living up to it's speed. Devices on my home network was constantly going offline or speeds degraded. After purchasing this router, all my network problems were solved.
Setup was very easy, even adding the second pod was easy. Speeds have been out of this world. If you are looking to upgrade your network, this is a must have.
Only downfall, in my opinion, is that this relies on the Surfboard App to setup and control. There is no URL, PC, Mac or Linux software to configure or control the device.

I was happy with my other router, but it just didn't cover our house. I thought the speed was fine and all. Then this product came. We have 400mb, with 5 tv's actively streaming, I'll still pull 350 or so on my phone as a check. The signal balances from the two hubs and covers my house perfectly!

I replaced my mesh system with this after allot of research and videos. I have 100 mbps and prior on Wi-Fi id get maybe at most on good days 35 mbps when testing download speeds. Now with this I'm consistently getting around 85 mbps over Wi-Fi. great upgrade and while its pricey its reliable and fast.

I bought this system to replace my Google Mesh system that kept dropping offline. So far so good with Arris. This was an upgrade to WiFi 6. My download speeds are remarkable. I fumbled through the setup, but technical support was prompt and knowledgeable. I wish I had a bigger house to have the main and two satellites. It's great and I recommend this product.
